Software Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. Focused on Web development and security.
Developed, tested, and maintained software applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Participated in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis to deployment and support. Focused on writing clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with best practices.
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnosed problems, installed and configured systems, and ensured smooth day-to-day IT operations. Collaborated with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
A 4.5-year engineering program focused on the design, development, and maintenance of IT systems. Included both theoretical and practical courses in programming, computer networks, databases, software engineering, algorithms, cybersecurity, and systems analysis. Gained hands-on experience through laboratory classes, team projects, and an engineering thesis.
